Another great way to get off that hangover. We were out late lastnight but I didnt feel that washed this morning actually. It was a nicer day at the beach, less windy and people were actually out there. We went south this time, with Austin in the pack. Again even with the big group and the open beach, it was great just like old days. You just knew where the other person was gonna go and how to run along side them. I guess miles and miles on MLK and North Park just chisels that into your brain. Anyways we went out 20 then turned around. Felt a little more tired in the legs today since we went beach all the way.

Essentials: Stretch

Tried to stretch out more today, but we ended up going into another game of cornhole then lunch. At least moving around some helps me from tightening up.
