Comments:
72 minutes at MP. Workout was supposed to be 4-5x3mile repeats. Started off fine but needed the bathroom 15 minutes in. From there, it was MP and short rest. Ended up running 13 miles in 1:12. Regardless, solid workout. Largest volume I've ever done in a workout.
Long cooldown since I was near Airport Park when I finished
