Last night just still feeling blah all I wanted to do was sleep. Same way this morning just lounging around. It was actually kinda chilly still today, no more rain, but it wasnt very inviting. Finally, I got up and out and it was a great decision. Felt comfortable with the long sleeve, made my way up though town and campus, up the hill, then down again through campus. I could tell it was a lot less crowded. Felt smooth all along actually, even energized. Surely what I needed to get ready for the week again. Didnt feel too sore anywhere as well legs were good.

Essentials: Stretch, stick roller

Stretch and stick when I got back. Couldnt really stretch out felt wrapped up tight after finishing. I am looking forward to the sunny weather next week hope that will shake off the chilly tightness.
