Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Miles 3 and 7 were to do at 5:20 pace.
Wound up doing them both in around 5:05 pace.
Felt horrible for the rest of the run but according to my time I still held at minimum 6:40s the rest of the way which was really surprising.
Pretty harsh winds too during the hard miles, big hills, and generally the whole run.
