Comments:
Track workout. Was a bit odd. Was going to do 8-10x1K. Got through the first two K's in 3:16, 3:15. Had to use the bathroom on the third one and ran 1:40 for 500m. Ran another K at 3:16. Then a 600m and 400m in 1:56 and 78. Took a few minute break before stepping back on the track. Ran K, K, 800, K, 700 (3:17, 3:15, 2:34, 3:12, 2:12).
