Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
0-3 on the twenty-mile runs. However, each was laden with difficulties that were my mis-steps. First was fueling, which I did not do well at all today. No caffeine before the run and no energy gels during the run resulted in a near-wall crash. Second was temperatures and weather; the heat and wind were not my friends. Third, the time of my runs, which I need to be consistent with at 7:00-7:30am. If I can get those three aspects in line I am solid. However, I did not get those to align on any of the three twenty-milers. Utter failure. Next training grind will be different.
