Comments:
Legs, specifically right calf, were very tight and sore today so a little worried about that. Loosened up on the course walk and the long warmup helped. Race went out very very slow, 5:25ish, then picked up a lot the second mile. Wasn't aggressive enough to say the very least towards the end, let tired legs get to me. Not bad though, good effort
