Comments:
Quick but good workout at Gates Chili track with Grant and Norah. They did 6 laps total! I did 1/2 mile warm-up, 1 x 800, 4 x 400, 1/2 mile cool down and some jogging in between. My times were 2:39, 79, 78, 76, 74. It was almost 80 degrees and hot!
