Waterfront Trail

May 30, 2017 (Morning)

Comments:
Went over to Island with Max and ran from there. Right at noonish, so it was warm out. It had rained hard this morning and it started to feel kinda humid. Starting out again, felt so sluggish, slow and outta shape. It really took me a while to get into it. I went all along the waterfront trail to Stewart Park, then cut over by the schools and to the track. Did one lap on the track, no one was there really. Still looking the same. The actual surface looks pretty worn down and beat up now. I think its been a while since it was surfaced. The wind started to pick up and it looked like it was gonna rain hard again, and I was feeling it, so I headed back straight down Cayuga. Actually picked up the pace down there and started to feel a little bit more normal and on. Finished up strong back home.

Essentials: Stretch

After downing some fluids focused on getting a good stretch in. It was tough I felt pretty tight. I think its because I didn't stretch that well yesterday. I fell a bit better afterwards. ITs kinda tight aught to roll that out.
