4 x 1200m @ 4:59, 5:00, 5:01, 5:04 (gave myself more than 30 sec of rest but it didn't exceed a minute)
2 mi cool down

would have done these on fast bowl but it's still the ozone warning, which I'm sure I've run in before but it's nice and cool on the indoor track so I figured I would take advantage of it. felt okay - it was good to do something more uptempo and I felt more accountable for keeping up the pace unlike pickups where you do try really hard but it's easy to zone out a little bit.
