Comments:
Final "long" run of the grind. Wisconsin running has been most excellent. Found a neat park run through. Got a quick half mile of urban run in, which was just by a bank and McDonalds. Last two miles were at 5:42 and 5:53 respectively. All said the run was very good. Legs felt a little dead, probably from the hills and my body not being fully adjusted to the time change.
