Comments:
Final Pace run of the grind. Easy breezy at sub six-minute pace. Thinking the Marathon pace will be around 6:00-6:05 for the first half and then at mile 20 I will try to step it up. Feeling confident in my training and hopeful for a decent performance next Saturday.
