Comments:
Conte all day. Biked in, and when I came home, did some cleaning and fit in a quick run before people came over for Josh's birthday party. I didnt feel that great again today. Legs heavy felt slow. Just made my way around though it was good to get them moving.
Essentials: Stretch
By the time I got back everyone was here, so I did a short stretch and then got to some snacks and food off the grill. Hope legs loosen up in the near future.
