Weather: autumn-like, cool and windy

Comments:
3x2 mile at tilden with 3 mins rest, alternating between 1 tilden mile and a mile on the track. Supposed to be at "10k" pace or 30-45 seconds slower than 5k. 11:20 (5:45 5:35) first one, legs felt kinda sluggish, 11:10 (5:35x2) second one, felt a little better, 10:43 (5:30 5:13) last one which felt great. Feel like this will really help, good workout
