Comments:
I ran 2.5 out and 2.5 back with Robert, as he was the only one there running my pace, and added on two miles afterward. We went out a little bit slower than the 5:45 goal pace. Robert and I even split our 5 miles 14:30, 29:00, and ran 5:44 and 5:41 by myself. I finished in 40:25 with a 176 heart rate. I was very relaxed and felt like I could have easily run a couple more miles, though it would probably be unnecessary for an 8k. I felt like my legs had a lot more life in them than they have recently, so I am going to follow Coach's instructions and actually do striders, along with ice baths. This was a very good day. I felt like I did at Calvin.
