Comments:
Finally got to catch up on some sleep today. I really needed that actually after this week. Did some putzing around into Conte in the mid day then came back and ran at 4. It was hot out at that time, hotter than I expected. I had to loose the shirt midway though. Such weird weather here and there and the summer really showed itself today. Brought me back to those long summer runs around town. Legs felt like crap starting out I had to take it real easy up the hill. Naturally, I worked into it though. Felt much better coming back. Feel like I shook the soreness out for the most part. Glad to be back out on the streets.
Essentials: Stretch
Decent stretch when I got back but still feel sore. It was actually cooler inside than outside so I stuck in there. May need to roll later, thats been helping the quad tightness a lot. They feel the sorest right now.
