Comments:
Nice to be back running, but VERY SORE: the distal calves B were awful, L worse than R. Other than that, the legs felt pretty damn good.
Did the ol 4 mile loop across the bridge, on the bike path, across Autzen Bridge, then a bit of PRE. Felt good to be back, but I'll definitely take tomorrow off. No L ITB pain, which was great.
Gonna have to tweak my work schedule, because it's damn near dark when I get out = no biking. :|
