Comments:
Another fake long run! Really could and should have gone farther, but whatever. Really warm and super rainy today, which was great. Even saw a giant turtle throwing down some sprints on the tow path! Shoutout to ya boi Frank. Pace was overall way better than last week, but that was probably mostly the weather helping out some.
