Been a while since I lifted. Feeling like things are slowing down a little bit, just for the week as I am going to CLE this weekend. Its ok to decelerate when necessary I think. Felt like I wanted to get this in though. It was cooler downstairs, a break from the humidity and the rain storm. Workout was:

Arm Series x10 (10 lbs)
Deadlift x10 (40 lbs)
Squats x10 (40 lbs)
Quads x 10 (30 lbs)
Bench Press x10 (40 lbs)
