Veale to MLK to NRV to Veale (alone), Veale up North Park to Shelburne to Laurelhurst and back same way (with Chris Kelly) -

My stomach was bothering me pretty badly for the first three, but it went away. This was noticeably faster than most, probably all of my recent long runs, but it felt good. I more or less just had 'it' today. Running faster made my legs feel looser after 15 than normal.
