Feeling decelerated this week in lab, even though we are cranking through some samples and making progress. I have a lot spinning around and knew a run would help release it before this weekend. Came back and headed straight out. It was pretty nice out, but the humidity still made it feel hot. Havent run up Whitney in a while. Went through town due to all the construction in Amherst College, then up the hill. There were some other runners out there so I had to push to pass then. Good surge up the hill. I definitely pushed it and felt it coming back down. Slowed down the pace a little and went back straight through town just coasting down the hill. Besides the way back, felt strong and clear today.

Essentials: Stretch

Drenched when I got back, did what stretching I could. Legs feel good though. Feeling loose and strong. I can tell that I did a lift this week, and it feels good.
