North Chagrin

Ckells and I woke up as the sun came in, so we definitely made it before the alarm. The plan was to meet up with Phil and Mal and family at the hotel for breakfast then fit in a run. It was sad to say goodbye to everyone. Especially Phils family they were all so sweet and nice and I really enjoyed celebrating the wedding with them. We were the last ones to stick around and we headed straight to North Chagrin. It was nothing like on Friday. The parking lot was packed with people walking, biking, running. It was awesome. We hit up more trails, winding around. Made it to the castle. Phil Mal and Chris kept a good pace and I felt really smooth and comfortable the whole time. I was impressed, 3 days of running and I felt great. The weather was just amazing as well, so perfect. It was a great way to spend time after such a successful wedding day.

Essentials: Stretch

We stretched a little bit in the parking lot afterwards, but then a Pokemon raid was starting, so we ran over to that, and then did another one and kinda got distracted... Legs still felt great though haha. Gotta do what you gotta do. Ckells and I went back to the apartment for lunch with the newlyweds since they had so much food left over it was borderline ridiculous. They need that stuff to be eaten. Plus it was nice to spend a little bit more time with them before heading out. I still cant get over how awesome the wedding was... In the afternoon, went out in Ohio City for a drink with Jeff and Big Joe, who I havent seen or hung out with either in a long time. Good times we all picked up right where we left off and its good to see that we are all doing well. Day ended with me heading back to Hopkins and back to the reality of today, essentially zapping be out of the brief time warp that I was so fortunate to enjoy this weekend. It was a flashback for me, but a start to something great for others, and that makes it so cool.
