Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
Same general format as tuesday with sets of each lift in sucession.
Double Leg Box Jumps 3 x 10 (Felt pretty good I like jumping more then hefting weight around)
4 way hip bands, extension, flex, Abb, Add 2x10 each (I've done these before in high school so they were pretty easy. Had to streach the band a long though cuz its really long. Felt it in the hips by the end though)
Single leg calf raise 2 x 12 each (I feel this lift a lot. my calves were sore pretty much untill the middle of my long run)
Super set Pullups and Bicep curls [curls with 45, pullups 8 then 2] (This just kills my arms. the first set was decent but after that it just went downhill. This is something I need to work on a lot. I just gotta keep doing them cuz I have gotten better somewhat)
DB Arm runs (Been doing these for months. I just try to go as fast as possilbe.)
General Comments: I was good with the rest on this one. Moved from lift to lift pretty seemlessly. Felt pretty good about my lift. except for the one superset this lift isn't bad at all
