Wind got better. Had a wind warning (45+ mph) in the AM, but died to 10-20 by time did my workout. 20 x 400 alternating 95 and 85 with :35 rest between. Nailed this. I felt very good with the half marathon paced ones at 92-93 (held for all) and hit 85 on all of the 5K paced ones. Felt great. Jogs in cool down.
