Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
1.5 warm up, 1.5 cooldown and 8x3min. pickups on the course (sort of). felt pretty good, we were running pretty quick. it felt good to not worry or care about times and just run hard. I feel tired, but not in the sense of dead, and can't run anymore. more just drained from a long week of training, a couple tests and relief that we have a 4 day weekend.
