Comments:
Went out for a casual run based on how my legs felt, and they felt good! 7:44, 7:28, 7:34, 7:17, 6:02 (.86) so I definitely spend up for the last mile and a half. Only took one small break at the beginning (.25) and got stopped for a few seconds at a light (4.1) so I was really happy with the turnout! NO SHIN PAIN HOLLA
