Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran around parque Guayabillas and got a little lost but found a few new entrances to the park from Av Padre Aurelio Espinosa Polit. Wasn't feeling psyched to run but about 20 min in started to feel good and really enjoyed the end of the run. I figured out that running in new places is super important for the runs not to feel like a chore. Crunches and planks after.
