Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Fartlek today. 4 x 3:00 (1 min rec.), 6 x 1:00 (30s rec.), 10 x 30s (30s rec.). Not too bad. Coach wanted me to go easy, so I did. The beginning was pretty rough, but I got better as we went on. Ended up being a sufficiently hard work out without killing me, which is good.
