Comments:
Mid-morning grind tempo: longer, but a bit less top-end effort.
Warmed-up a mile or so, then gradually dropped it down. Felt pretty strong. REALLY worked on the "flick and pull", and sticking the right butt out, in addition to keeping "The Arch".
Got a little tough on the last mile, which was gradual uphill by UO. Cooled down the final mile, downhill to the office.

Wound up with a serious right ab cramp: I THINK the result of actually using it (stretching the right side back)...but being too upright. Happened in the final mile.
