I was not feeling that great this morning, namely my legs were tired and my stomach was sort of aching for some reason. I still ran decently well, though I wasn't really leading the pack or anything. I felt for a couple seconds Vaughn and I grouping up on the last 3:00 segment and both of us started slowing down. My legs were really tired on the last 3:00 segment and I was wondering if I needed to do something different, such as skipping a workout or something, but it might have just been the hill. On the way back down right after that, I fell and slid right across most of our front group. I was shaken for the rest of the :30 interval but fine after regrouping.
