Fleet Feet Racing Team Workout Progression Run

Ran from L to FF. I was a little late so I missed the announcements.
1.5 warmup.
Then we did a "progression run". I ran with Jessica Garvey, Meg, and Tui. We started out at roughly marathon or easy pace and got faster. We covered 4 miles in 30 minutes. The second/last two miles of the four were likely close to tempo pace.
Then we did a 1.5 mile cooldown.

Afterwards we had pint night at Broken English with the entire FF racing team. Melissa Vinton came to join, but she had missed the workout due to work. It was nice hanging out with everyone for a bit!
