Weather: ~80 degrees, Hot

Comments:
Long run day! Went just fine. I think I did a better job of keeping constant effort than I have been on the last couple runs. I say effort, and not pace because this route has enough changes that I'll be zooming along tow path one second, and trudging up long hills next. So pace is not a thing. Excuses are though!
