With Ethan T., Nick, Nate, Bobby, Ben, Drew, John, and Colin, 4*3:00(1:00)/1:00(0:30)/0:30(0:30), 2*1:00(0:30)/0:30(0:30), 4*0:30(0:30), felt really good today especially on the longer intervals, course rather muddy, fell down hard on my right hip and head where John fell(the shaded section right after the 2 mi)
