Run from home, to UO-barefoot

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran from home between a slew of patients and clients. SIX today (including an in-person gait). That's like $1100 revenue, but a shitload of work.

Ran easy to UO, then did nearly two miles of barefoot, with a straightaway stride every lap (x6? maybe more). Major focus on "The Conundrum":

- staying forward
- staying arched
- huge (as can be) upward-forward knee drive

Then jogged easy back home.

Busy afternoon, shitload of paperwork, then not home 'til like 8PM.
