BWC start to 6 miles, out and back

Comments:
Longest break in running since starting this program. Felt real strong at the start, but realized I don't have the usual miles on my legs at about 10 miles. Enough strength to complete, but couldn't have run much further. Took Gel at about an hour. Out time was 52:10, return 51:35. Once home, straight to the ice and ibuprofen.
