Well foot still hurts like a mofo. It doesnt hurt at all when I dont put pressure on it, but as soon as I take a step a certain way, its a sharp pain. Makes me think its just a bone bruise on a very sensitive section of the inside of the foot. Eitherway, couldnt play in the game today. I went in support. As soon as we got home, went down into the basement to at least get something in. Afterwards more icing and Ibuprofen, hoping it gets better soon cause it even hurts to walk around. Workout was:
