Comments:
Ran with Kraig at 6 AM. Did 11 miles total with an 8 mile progression run it the middle. It was humid, even early in the morning. Our 8 mile splits were: 7:22, 7:16, 7:14, 7:08, 6:52, 6:49, 6:45, 6:33. Good run!
