bench press - 135 x 10, 155 x 10, 185 x 6, 135 x 10
Weighted pull ups - 20 lbs x 5 (3 sets), one set of pull ups reverse grip no weight (8 reps)
Solid strength workout - My boy Sean hung out with me the whole time. He did some assisted pull ups too. Dad hung out for a bit too.
