Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran a workout at the Gates Chili track at 8 AM. It was really warm and humid, even that "early". Did a 1 mile warm up and some strides followed by 1 x 1200, 3 x 1600, 1 x 1200, each with a 3 minute jog in between. My times were 4:26, 6:28, 6:21, 6:11, 4:18. Felt good. Short cool down.
