ran the little bennett's revenge 5K (which was longer than 5K, btw) landed 20th place. which was dissapointing considering i was the pack leader for the first kilometer before these two guys passed me and finished in like 17:50. my race was okay. i really died because it is so hilly. This was a modified loop that they used for the USATF XC champs.
but... if you ever need a confidence booster you should by all means enter a race like this. pwning really feels good. even if the other people are 60 years old.
