Comments:
These are the days I run for. I felt really good at the 2 mile when I cam through in 13:00 minutes. I continued to feel really good and then kicked in the last two miles just under 5:30 pace.
It felt so good to be back on the roads at Kenyon again. I really whish I was running the race at oberlin next weekend.
