Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I discovered something wonderful -- a way to run in a new place, open up more down time in my day, and take away the activation energy for running: I can just run back from work! I felt a little tight after the squats/crunches/planks yesterday. However, after some time I loosened up and took Anthony's advice the whole time to run at the pace that's most comfortable.
Also, did the squat circuit workout this morning.
