Weather: 80s, HUMID, which is weird

Annual summer hunt from CB's. Good crew:

- Lewis, Tommy, me
- Emily, CB, Evan

Ran from CB's on Lorane and Storey (like a half mile from my place), east, down to the flats, and on amazon. At first I thought this would be a fluff hunt, then he took us up the hills: E Amazon, Owl and onto Ridgeline, then pounding down Willamette, and up through a cemetary, back to his house.

Fairly easy pace, but felt HEAVY. Did weights, right beforehand -- a quick session of split squats, curls, abs -- which made it worse. But solid run.

No CA - she's on a work trip.

Enjoyable social on the back deck, grilling sausages. Made it quick to be home before 9.
