Easy run through Lakeview, OR

July 17, 2017 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Slept in, somewhat, with CA, then some quick stretching and core before hitting the mean streets of little Lakeview (far SE) Oregon, where CA had an inspection that morning.

She led, and we looped south a bit, then north towards the outskirts, then back in the main drag to the south end of town.

My gut's been off the past day, and by mile two I REALLY had to deuce; thankfully we ran past the hospital and I deposited there, then was fine.

But I still felt super-heavy, so after brief thoughts of running a steep singletrack out of town, we both simply ran back to the hotel. Did x6 strides out front.

Rest of the day:
- cleaned up, packed up
- CA went to the inspection, I stayed back and worked
- drove to K.Falls for breakfast, en route home!
- got back at 5:15 in time for a yoga class
- post yoga beers at Bier Stein to see Mr Madson AND Cliff!
