Another hot humid afternoon. No coaches today, so it was kinda disorganized and weird. We didnt play very well actually, but at least we were playing Chickens so it all worked out. Ankle wrapped up and foot felt good, so I was real glad about that. So sore yesterday. A little sore today as well afterwards. We went and got some ice cream afterwards at Flavors and got to see the awesome sunset. I feel like I deserved it. Had a stressful week in lab, but pushed through and saw it partially pay off. Dont give up on your goals in running and in lab.
