Comments:
Ran at Roberts Wesleyan in the morning after a huge thunderstorm. Did 1 mile warm up on the indoor track, then 15 x 800 meters on the outdoor track. Each one had a 2:00 jog in between. Goal pace was sub 3:00. My times were: 2:56, 2:57, 2:55, 2:55, 2:55, 2:55, 2:55, 2:54, 2:52, 2:47, 2:56, 2:54, 2:56, 2:55, 2:43. 1 mile cool down. 10+ miles total. Felt great.
