Comments:
practice with the girls, 3k warmup and then a 3k time trial for the girls. They all ran great. 11:54 to 14:50 4 times of 13:02 or better, not to bad this time of year. I feel like they are in pretty good shape, with the good track season they had. we did a trail loop cool down, and finished with 4x70 meter barefoot strides.
