Comments:
Felt OK. I have NOOOO speed! Did three sets of 4 hills (about 250 meters) going tempo, 10K, 5K and mile paces with jog back within set and Orange Street loop between sets. Did 4 x run hill backwards and one coming down backwards, then a circuit. Stayed strong and consistant between sets which is good. Great to see everyone!
