Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The first week of second session has been so hectic. I lost my focus. Now, with three weeks left at camp, I'm going to try to reel myself back in. This means more mileage, more consistent running, and actual strength work. I'm feeling in shape but it's hard to tell since I may just be feeling good on runs since they're so infrequent. Time will tell.
