Comments:
Luxurious morning: was able to sleep in, then do coaching work at home, as I'd blocked out the schedule.

Ran late morning from the office. Slept a lot better and felt better today, but still heavy. Ran basically straight to UO. As I was arriving, I saw a former patient of mine -- one that I just had to confront (six months after I'd last treated her) -- because of PROFOUND weight loss (and health-injury dysfunction) secondary to disordered eating. It didn't go well, and - annoyingly - she got pissed about it. So now it's a little awkward...

Ran some roundabout loops to:

- integrate some track-pavement barefoot!
- dodge the former patient

Ran back to the office.

No yoga tonight: too busy, too tired.
